The amount of EuroChem MCC, OJSC chartered capital is RUR 6 800 000 000 (six billion eight hundred million). The EuroChem MCC, OJSC chartered capital has been divided into 68 000 000 (sixty-eight million) common shares with a par value of RUR 100 (one hundred) each.

A company that holds the business interests of Mr. Melnichenko owns 95% of MCC HOLDING PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, which owns 99.9% of EuroChem MCC.
The remaining 5% of MCC HOLDING PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED is held by Mr. Dmitri Strezhnev, Chairman of the EuroChem Management Board (as of 24 October 2008).
