Dmitry Strezhnev General Director	Mr. Strezhnev was born in 1968. He graduated from theLomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Physics, Diploma with Honors. Since 1996 he had been holding the position of Deputy Director of CJSC Dorstroykomplekt, then became the Head of Likinsky Bus Manufacturing Plant. In 2001 he was appointed General Director of RusPromAvto LLL - a holding of manufacturers of cars and trucks, buses, road and construction equipment, vehicles spare parts. Since August 2003 he has been a Head of CJSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company.
Pavel Yakovlev Purchasing and Logistics Director	Born in 1968, Mr. Yakovlev graduated from the Urals State University of Economics, School of Industrial Enterprise Management. He started professional life in 1987 as process equipment technician at Avtomatika Scientific-Production Association (Yekaterinburg). In 1997, he was appointed Deputy General Director of OJSC Urals Automobile Works, a year later he was appointed Commercial Director. During 2000-2001 he held a position of General Director of OJSC Urals Tyre Works. Since 2001 he had been holding the position of Deputy General Director of OJSC Ruspromavto and was the Chairman of the Board of OJSC Urals Automobile Works. In August 2003 he was appointed Purchasing and Logistics Director of CJSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company.
Valery Rogalskiy Sales Director	Born in 1968, Mr. Rogalskiy graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering. Since 1996 he had been working as Commercial Director of V.T.I. Group - a fertilizers production, transport and distribution holding. Since November 2002 he had been holding the position of the Head of fertilizers Sales Department of CJSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, and in January 2004 he was appointed Sales Director.
Alexander Tugolukov Engineering Director	Born in 1962, Mr. Tugolukov graduated from Dzerzhinsky Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Chemistry and Technology. He earned an MBA from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 1984 to 1994 he had been working at Gorlovsk JSC Concern Stirol (Ukraine), where he held different positions from engineer to Deputy Engineering Director. In 1994 he was appointed Engineering Director of the Concern. In 2001 he was appointed Chief Vice-President for Technology Development of Concern Stirol. In October 2002 he became Engineering Director of  CJSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company.
Igor Viktorovich Schelkunov Administrative Director	Mr. Schelkunov was born in 1967 and graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute with a degree in technology and integrated mechanization of the development of oil and gas deposits. He earned an MBA from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He has accumulated many years of experience at Yuganeftegaz, a prominent Russian oil company. In 1988, he began his career as an oil and gas production operator, later taking on various management responsibilities in different divisions within the company. In 1993-1997, Mr. Schelkunov was served as the deputy head of Yuganskneft's oil and gas production plant, and was later appointed head of the division for scientific research and production works. In 1997 - 2005, Mr. Schelkunov took on the company?s HR policy, first as division head, and then later as the deputy head of the HR department, and finally as HR Director at Yuganskneftegaz. He has been working at EuroChem, MMC since 2005, where he served as deputy administrative director and ran the department for HR policies. In April 2007, he was appointed Administrative Director of the company.
Andrey Ilyin CFO	Born in 1972. Mr. Ilyin graduated from the Finance Academy under the RF government, Faculty of International economic relations, Diploma with honors. In 1995, he completed his studies at London School of  Economics, Faculty of International banking and finances, Diploma with honors; in 1997 he took a chartered accountant degree (ACCA, UK). Mr. Ilyin began his professional career with Price Waterhouse & Co (Moscow) in the audit and corporate finance departments (1993 – 1997). From 1997 to 2003 he was Senior Analyst of Nomura International plc (London). From 2003 to 2004 - Vice President of Sindicatum Ltd (London), from 2004 to 2008 - CFO of MDM Bank (Moscow). In January, 2009 he was appointed CFO of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company OJSC.
