Mr. Ruslan Ishkayev

Born in 1978.
Mr. Ishkayev graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Division of Moscow State University and also earned a degree from the Financial Division of the All-Russian Distance Learning Finance and Economics Institute.
Starting in 2001, he worked as an auditor with the international audit firm Arthur Anderson, and later served as senior auditor at Ernst and Young.
In 2004 he was hired as a senior consultant at the Risk Management Dept at Deloitte, and in 2005 he was appointed manager.
In March 2006 he accepted a position as Head of the IT Audit Dept at EuroChem MCC, and in December 2007, he was appointed Head of EuroChem's Internal Audit Department.

Ms. Svetlana Ormane

Born in 1978.
Ms. Ormane graduated from the Moscow State Legal Academy.
In 2004, she worked for Siberian Coal and Energy Company (SUEK) as Senior Auditor on the Revision Commission and leading expert for the Center for Cooperation in Crisis Situations and Risk Management.
In 2004, she concurrently held the position of Senior Auditor at EuroChem MCC.
In December 2009, she began working as Senior Specialist for EuroChem MCC's Internal Audit Department.

Mr. Dmitri Selivanov

Born in 1979.
Mr. Selivanov graduated from the Legal Department of the Tax Police Academy under the Russian Federal Tax Police Services and also earned a graduate degree from the Economic Security Academy under the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. He is also a Candidate of Economic Sciences.
In 2001, he began working as a teacher in the Taxes, Accounting, and Audit division of the Tax Police Academy (renamed the Academy of Economic Security under the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2003).
In 2006 he served as a tax consultant in the Methodology Dept at audit company BKR-Interkom-Audit, and in 2007 he was promoted to Senior Consultant for the Accounting and Tax Consulting Department.
In 2008 he was hired as Head of the Business Operations Audit Department at Industrial Investors, LLC.
In 2009 he accepted a position as Head of the Internal Audit Department at EuroChem-VolgaKaliy.
