EuroChem increased volume of deliveries to Ukraine in the first half-year 2008

Volume of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, OJSC export deliveries of mineral fertilizers to Ukraine was increased by 4% in the first half-year 2008 in comparison with the similar period of the last year and amounted to 92 868,2 tonnes.

 Sales of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, OJSC production to the territory of Ukraine is implemented through the distribution network, established in 2007. The company’s distributors in Ukraine - DP Agrocentre EuroChem - Ukraine (Kiev) and NPF KhimAgro, PLC (Odessa) – have developed distribution network of storehouses all over the Ukraine. EuroChem distribution network in Ukraine is actively developed. To the end of year 2008 companies within the network should become the unique importers of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, OJSC production to Ukraine.

 Distributors of the company take the first positions in a rating of operators of mineral fertilizers import in Ukraine.

 Volume of ammophos nitrate export of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, OJSC in the first half-year 2008 has increased by 59% in comparison with the similar period of 2007 and has amounted to 25 811,6 tonnes.

 Volume of ammophos export of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, OJSC in the first half-year 2008 has increased by 48% in comparison with the similar period of 2007 and has amounted to 27 187,6 tonnes.

 Volume of sulphate ammophos export of EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company, OJSC in the first half-year 2008 has increased in more than 14 times in comparison with the similar period of 2007 and has amounted to 17 086,6 tonnes. Moreover, EuroChem remains the basic importer of sulphate ammophos to Ukraine.

 Placing installation for mineral fertilizers mixing in operation in the north of Ukraine is scheduled for 2009.
