EuroChem held an Extraordinary General Meeting

December 14/2007, EuroChem held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The attending shareholders who were listed in the register as of 3 October 2007 represented 100% of the company's shares.

Dr. Ralf Bethke stepped down officially from the Board at this meeting in order to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest with his position at K+S.

There were no other changes within the Board of Directors of EuroChem. The members are now: Charles Adrienssen, Keith Jackson, George Cardona, Andrei Melnichenko, Vladimir Stolin, Dmitry Strezhnev and Richard Sheath.
