Iron ore concentrate
Iron ore concentrate is produced from complex magnetite-apatite-baddeleyite ores of Kovdor deposit. Mining is carried out in an open-cast way. Average Fe-content in the ore is 24,5 %. The technology of recovery of the iron ore from the ore is based upon magnetic methods of beneficiation.
The iron ore concentrate is used as a metallurgical raw material for melting of pig iron in blast furnaces.

Transportation
in bulk by railway open cars or any sea vessel suitable for transportation of a bulk product.
Storage
Iron ore concentrate should be kept in conditions preventing its contamination and mixing with other materials.

Aluminium fluoride
Aluminium fluoride is obtained as a by-product in the process of wet-process phosphoric acid silicofluoric acid. The latter is neutralized by aluminium hydroxide forming new product – Aluminium Fluoride.
